Description:
During this two-day "hands-on" laboratory course attendees will have the opportunity to fabricate and review:
- Baseplates
- Setting teeth for complete and partial dentures
- Nightguards
- Provisionals
- Repairs
- Relines
- Hybrids
Objectives: Upon completion of this course attendee will:
- Learn the tips and techniques for Eclipse Hybrids.
- Improve their Eclipse skills for complete and partial dentures.
- Complete a denture repair.
- Complete a name ID.
- Be proficient in fabrication of nightguards and Provisionals.
*Each attendee will set-up:
- Two clinical or technique arches (complete and/or partial)
- One clinical or technique hard nightguard
- One clinical or technique Heat & SeatT nightguard
- One clinical or technique provisional partial
The clinical cases must be articulated prior to the beginning of class. Casts need to be indexed so
they can be removed from the mountings. DENTSPLY will provide the teeth for these cases provided
participants submit the mould and shade one-week in advance of class. Be sure to have an alternative
mould and shade available.
Teaching Method: Hands-on participation course utilizing a slide/lecture and
demonstration format. Literature is provided to each participant for future reference of information provided.
